Kinderdance®  (ages 3-5) is a developmental dance, motor development and fitness program taught on 3 levels, teaching the basics of Ballet, Tap, Acrobatics and Creative Movement while blending educational concepts.

Kindertots® (age 2) is designed to develop the total child through gross motor skills, movement creativity, physical development and body awareness while learning numbers, colors, shapes and songs.

Kindergym® (ages 3-5) is a developmental floor gymnastics program with emphasis on fun, social and gross motor development, physical fitness and movement education while learning numbers, colors, shapes and words.

Kinderdance With Me (ages 15-24 Months). Little movers and their favorite adult are involved in a cute upbeat class filled with interactive songs and props that are just right for them! The class curriculum offers age appropriate exposure to developmental milestones through dance and sensory-motor activities while nurturing the bond between caregiver and child.

KD Jazz(ages 6-8) focuses on fundamental jazz dance techniques and terms which will then grow over the course of the program. Children learn Body Isolations, Combinations, Progressions, and Sequences. Stretching and strengthening is safely executed to increase mobility and balance.
Age appropriate Music, Movement and Educational Concepts are safely introduced for young learners to help improve rhythms and patterns while having fun! Your child will smile, dance, leap, and use their imagination together with a certified teacher.

Kindermotion® (ages 3-5), (ages 6-8) and (ages 9-12) is a developmentally designed educational Sports Readiness Program. Here we focus on fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, team building skills, flexibility and strength, hand and foot/ eye coordination along with critical thinking skills.

Kids Yoga (ages 3-5), (ages 6-8) and (ages 9-12). In Kids Yoga, children will enjoy the friendly music, fun fitness, playful movements, stretch and strengthening components, and calming/cool down exercises all aimed to inspire young children.
