Mrs. Andrea was born and raised in McAllen, TX. She started dancing at the age of 2 and spent the next 16 years dancing and competing with McAllen Parks and Recreation Center, Kelly's Center Stage, Danzforce Academy, and as a McHi Stepper (1st Lieutenant and Captain).

After finishing high school, Mrs. Andrea decided to continue her dance education by attending Texas Woman's University and receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. While in college, she was a part of the CholoRock Dance Company and had the opportunity to perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, as well as other venues in Texas.

In 2012, Mrs. Andrea began working at PSJA ISD as a full time dance teacher as well as an assistant director and director to high school and middle school drill teams.

Looking for something different, Mrs. Andrea decided to purchase a Kinderdance franchise in 2016 and has been teaching young children the wonderful art of dance in Hidalgo County since.

Mrs. Andrea now resides in Edinburg, TX with her husband, Victor, their daughter, Kalana, and their dogs, Jenny and Persephone.
